These terms apply to all orders placed with Six-One-Nine Customs Ltd ("we", "us", "our") through 619customs.com. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. About us
Six-One-Nine Customs Ltd, company number 17166830, registered in England and Wales.
Registered office and trading address: 248 Bexley Road Eltham London SE9 2PJ United Kingdom
Email: wayed.babul@outlook.com
We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our prices.
We sell new aftermarket alloy road wheels. We do not supply tyres and we do not offer a fitting service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
3. How a contract is formed
Our product listings are an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
If we cannot accept your order — because the item is out of stock, there was a pricing or description error, or we cannot lawfully ship to your address — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
4. Price and payment
All prices are shown in GBP and are the total price for the goods. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
Delivery costs and any unavoidable handling or oversize charges are shown in full before you complete your order. We do not add fees after checkout.
If we discover an obvious pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm whether you want to proceed at the correct price, or cancel and be refunded in full.
5. Delivery
See our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we have received payment in full.
6. Description and specification
We describe our products accurately, including the manufacturing process (cast, flow-formed or forged), the load rating, and what certification each wheel holds.
Our wheels are aftermarket products manufactured to our own specification. They are not manufactured by, supplied by, or approved by any vehicle manufacturer, and they are not sold as original equipment parts.
Centre caps are supplied unbadged or bearing our own branding. We do not supply manufacturer-badged caps or emblems.
Images are representative. Finishes may vary slightly between production batches, and we cannot guarantee an exact match to wheels purchased previously or to a different batch.
7. Fitment and suitability
You are responsible for confirming that a wheel is compatible with your specific vehicle and lawful for your intended use before ordering.
We publish full specifications for every wheel — diameter, width, PCD, offset (ET), centre bore, load rating and required seat type — and we provide compatibility information in good faith. However, vehicle specifications vary by market, build date, trim and options, and manufacturers make running changes.
We offer a free pre-purchase fitment check. Email wayed.babul@outlook.com with your registration number before you order and we will confirm fitment at no cost.
Things you must check:
- PCD and centre bore must match your vehicle, or be correctly reduced using spigot rings
- Offset (ET) affects suspension geometry, brake clearance and wheel bearing loads
- Load rating must meet or exceed your vehicle's per-wheel requirement
- Bolt or nut seat type (taper / ball / flat) must match your fixings — the wrong seat type is a wheel-detachment risk
- Brake caliper clearance — larger brakes may foul the spoke profile
8. Safety-critical components
A road wheel carries the entire weight of your vehicle and every steering, braking and cornering load. Selecting the wrong wheel, or fitting it incorrectly, can cause loss of control, wheel detachment, serious injury or death.
By ordering, you agree that:
- wheels will be fitted by a competent technician, tightened to the vehicle manufacturer's specified torque using a calibrated torque wrench, and re-checked after approximately 50 miles;
- impact tools will not be used for final tightening;
- only fixings of the correct type, length and seat will be used;
- you will inspect your wheels regularly, particularly after pothole or kerb impacts, and will not fit or continue to use a wheel that is cracked, buckled or damaged;
- you will not repair, weld, straighten, re-drill or machine a wheel;
- you will notify your motor insurer of the modification — aftermarket wheels are a vehicle modification, and failure to declare a modification may invalidate your cover;
- you will not exceed the wheel's stated load rating.
Roadworthiness: a wheel that is cracked, buckled, badly corroded or otherwise damaged is an MOT failure and may make the vehicle unroadworthy. Under the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 and section 40A of the Road Traffic Act 1988, using a vehicle in a dangerous condition is a criminal offence.
9. Cancellation and returns
See our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms and sets out your statutory rights in full.
10. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- breach of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013;
- defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
- any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to the above:
- We are liable for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not liable for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
- We are not liable for loss, damage or injury arising from: incorrect fitting; fitting by anyone other than a competent technician; use of incorrect or incorrectly torqued fixings; use of a wheel outside its stated load rating or specification; impact, pothole or kerb damage; corrosion caused by unsuitable wheel cleaning products; continued use of a damaged wheel; repair, welding, straightening, re-drilling or modification of a wheel; or your failure to declare the modification to your insurer.
- If you are buying as a business rather than as a consumer, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity, and our total liability is limited to the price paid for the goods.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this site is owned by us or our licensors.
Vehicle manufacturer names, model names and chassis codes are the trade marks of their respective owners and are used solely to indicate vehicle compatibility. Six-One-Nine Customs Ltd is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.
12. Complaints
Email wayed.babul@outlook.com with your order number. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 14 days.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may be able to refer the matter to a certified alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. We are not currently a member of a certified ADR scheme.
13. General
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — though if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own local courts.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
