Ordering & Fitment
Will these fit my car?
Email your registration number to wayed.babul@outlook.com and we'll confirm before you spend anything. It's free, it takes minutes, and it's the single best thing you can do to avoid a return. Every listing also carries full specs — diameter, width, PCD, offset (ET), centre bore, load rating and seat type.
What's included in a set?
Four wheels and centre caps. Bolts, nuts and spigot rings are not included unless the listing says so — your vehicle needs the correct type, length and seat, and the wrong fixings are a genuine safety risk.
Do you supply tyres or fit the wheels?
No. We sell wheels only. You'll need a fitter for mounting and balancing.
Are the centre caps badged?
No. Caps are supplied unbadged or with our own branding. We don't supply manufacturer badges or emblems.
Are these OEM wheels?
No. Our wheels are aftermarket, manufactured to our own specification. They are not made by, supplied by, or approved by any vehicle manufacturer. Manufacturer names and chassis codes on our site are there only to tell you what fits what.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
3–4 business days to UK mainland, 5–7 to the Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. Orders placed after 3pm are processed the next business day.
Why did only one wheel turn up?
A set of four weighs 40–60kg and ships as four separate parcels via DPD. They often arrive on different days. Give it until the end of the next business day before contacting us.
What if a wheel arrives damaged?
Check the outer packaging before you sign — if it's visibly damaged, sign as "damaged" or refuse it. Then unpack and inspect every wheel within 48 hours and email us photos of the wheel and the packaging. We replace or refund at our cost. Please don't bin the boxes until you've checked.
Returns
Can I return them if I change my mind?
Yes — 14 days from delivery, no reason needed. Tell us first, then you have another 14 days to send them back. Return carriage is yours unless the goods are faulty, and we can usually collect cheaper than you can post.
What if they don't fit?
That's a change-of-mind return, not a fault — so use the free fitment check before you order.
Will I get a full refund?
Only if the wheels come back as they went out. Keep the protective film on and don't mount tyres until you're certain they fit. Wheels that have been fitted, had tyres mounted, been kerbed or scuffed, or had the film removed are worth less, and we may deduct that from the refund. If you need to check clearance, test-fit one bare wheel by hand.
Fitting & Safety
How should they be fitted?
By a competent technician, torqued to your manufacturer's spec with a calibrated wrench, and re-checked after about 50 miles. No impact guns for final tightening.
Do I need to tell my insurer?
Yes. Aftermarket wheels are a modification, and not declaring one can invalidate your cover. Speak to your insurer before fitting.
Can a damaged wheel be repaired?
No. Never weld, straighten or re-drill an alloy wheel. A cracked or buckled wheel is an MOT failure and unsafe at speed — stop using it and contact us.
Business
Do you charge VAT?
No. We're not currently VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Who am I buying from?
Six-One-Nine Customs Ltd, company number 17166830, registered in England and Wales. 248 Bexley Road, Eltham, London, SE9 2PJ.
