Alloy wheels are heavy, bulky and easily marked. Everything below exists because of that — please read the transit damage section before your order arrives.

1. Where we ship

We ship to the whole of the United Kingdom, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

Deliveries to those areas take longer and carry a higher rate — see the table below.

2. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 3pm, at a weekend, or on a bank holiday are processed the next business day.

3. Delivery services and cost

Service Estimated delivery Cost
Single wheel — UK mainland 3–4 business days £15
Set of four — UK mainland 3–4 business days £40
Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands 5–7 business days £50

All prices on our site are the total price you pay. Delivery is shown in full before you complete your order, and we do not add surprise fees at checkout. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

Delivery estimates are estimates. Where we have not agreed a specific delivery date with you, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of your order.

4. How wheels are sent

Wheels are dispatched via DPD.

A set of four typically ships as four separate parcels, and they may not all arrive on the same day. This is normal for consignments of this weight. Please do not report a shortage until the end of the next business day after your first parcel arrives.

Each wheel is individually boxed, packed face down with edge protection, and photographed before dispatch.

A signature is required. We cannot leave wheels in a safe place or with a neighbour without your written instruction. If you ask us to do so, we cannot accept liability for loss.

5. Damage in transit — please read

Despite careful packing, alloy wheels are occasionally damaged in transit. We photograph every wheel before it leaves us, and the procedure below is what allows us to put it right quickly.

On delivery:

  1. Check the outer packaging before you sign. If it is visibly damaged, sign as "damaged" or refuse the delivery.
  2. Unpack and inspect every wheel within 48 hours.
  3. If a wheel is damaged, email wayed.babul@outlook.com within 48 hours with photographs of the wheel and of the packaging it arrived in.

We will replace or refund damaged wheels at our cost.

Photographs of the packaging are what let us recover from the carrier, so please do not discard the boxes until you have checked every wheel.

6. Missing parcels

If your order has not arrived within 3 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at wayed.babul@outlook.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Remember that a set of four travels as four parcels and they can arrive on different days — please allow for that before reporting a parcel missing.

7. Risk and ownership

Risk in the goods stays with us until delivery. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, that is ours to resolve, not yours.

Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.

8. Before you fit

Please check the wheels against your order and confirm fitment before removing the protective film or mounting tyres. Once wheels have been fitted or had tyres mounted, they cannot be returned at full value under the 14-day cooling-off period — see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you are unsure about fitment, email wayed.babul@outlook.com with your registration number. Our pre-purchase fitment check is free.
